Resolved Question: I have question about my college plans?

So, I know that I want to get a bachelor's in biology at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and I live in Lafayette, so housing isn't an issue there. I want to be either a vet or a vet tech, and I want to get my DVM (doctor of veterinary medicine) at Louisiana State University. Baton Rouge is an hour away--I would have to live there to go to LSU. My question is, would I be able to live in the dorms at that point in my education? I would rather not, but I may have to depending on my financial situation when I get there. the program I'm in is set up so that I will have my bachelor's degree two years after high school graduation.
